Are you wondering how the process works to get your albums custom designed?
Step 1
For each new album you'll fill out the Album Questionnaire so I know a new album is coming my way.
Step 2
Send your fully edited high resolution digital files to us directly via our FTP server. You'll be given an account with a login and password and instructions on how to quickly set things up. Once this is done the files can be transferred quickly back and forth by dragging and dropping from your hard drive to our server.
Step 3
Once I receive the files I'll begin your design, and you'll receive a proof within 5 business days.
Step 4
You'll review the proof on my online proofing site which is simple and easy for both you and the clients to make notes and request changes. I'll make the changes you request, if any, and upload a revised proof.
Step 5
You'll forward the proofing site on to your client and they can note approval or changes of each spread individually. I'll make any requested revisions and notify you that your client can log on to give final approval
Step 6
Once the client approves the final proof I'll upload the full resolution print files to the server for you to pick up.
Now we're done and we'll hopefully start the process all over again with your next client album!

Click here to view the online proofing site. Your clients will be able to proof their album right on the proofing site and note any changes they would like made. Full instructions are given to you to pass on to the client so they understand how to easily navigate the album and make changes. The designer will not comment back to your client unless instructed to do so, but will instead notify you if the client has questions that go beyond any basic changes.
